1. Use of the game
You may use HAVOC for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the game or its services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. HAVOC Plus subscription
HAVOC Plus is an auto-renewing yearly subscription sold through Google Play. The price is shown before you buy. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it any time in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
4. AR and safety
Be aware of your surroundings when playing AR modes. Play in a clear, safe space.
5. Content
The game, its maps, music and artwork are owned by the HAVOC developer and its licensors.
6. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
